3rd day touring Kauai, Hi., they have a flower photo contest here at the resort, so we started looking at all the flowers and took pictures. Not sure what the name of this purple flower is but it was pretty

Farel roosters and hens over the entire island, the theme of many tourist souvenirs, they crow all night!

Beautiful artwork, this is an example of the many roosters they painted, neat farmers market with local artists and farmers seller than products
The Longan fruit were similar to the clear jell consistency of the Rambutan but sweeter.


Green starfruit and different kinds of Avocados


Ginger root and tumeric root, she dries them and sells the powder, the herbs smelled wonderful.

We bought a pineapple and the little apple bananas
3 Green fruit in  front are called Soursop, very healthy for you, we bought one
Rambutan like a Lychee,  Vera thought it tasted like firm jello

    NEVER TURN YOUR BACK TO the WATER...those waves will sneak up on you
