Back in Bismarck yesterday. All went well on the girls road trip, fast trip, good to visit with good friends. We were blessed us with good weather and beautiful sites on the way except for Mon. morning in Eau Claire, Wis. where I went out to get something out of the car and was shocked to see snow covering it and ice dripping of the trunk. Sadly back in winter wonderland at 2 degrees outside. Sherryl ended up directing our travels with the old fashion road atlas and Bobbi with the MapQuest sheets I had printed out. Signs in Virginia are difficult and don't necessarily say what MapQuest says so missed some off ramps but was able to get back on and go the correct direction. No GPS in the car and we made it have way across America. We ladies have still got it!!! Curt is over half way to the BVIs, most recent report says all things are well, soon to be hitting the easterlies direct on 65 to Virgin Gorda in a couple of days. Miss our good friends on the river. Planning on being back around Dec. 1st. and catch up with them.
