Beautiful day but humid and warm. Took the bus with a couple other
loopers to the biggest Nautical Flea Market in the Keys. Good thing
Curt didn't have any money. I did score a Rayon Batik shirt for Curt
and a Sarong for me. Had a nice visit with the booth owner, he spent
alot of time in Singapore and Indonesia, lives in Hawaii. Curt was
dreamy eyed walking around, anything and everything for your boat or
boat house. Got back to the marina in time to go to the Marathon Yacht
Club Social for Loopers and wanna be Loopers. Had a good time catching
up with others that we hadn't seen since farther back on the Loop.
Everyone discussing which way to go back to Florida, Ft. Myers across
the ICW to Okeechobee Lake to Stuart,the eastside or up the Keys to
Miami. Everyone agreed they were not excited about going around the
crazy Florida boaters in the Miami area.
