Curt says for Valentine's Day he's taking me for a little cruise on the sail boat. He put a lot of thought into that. Maybe my present to him is to go with! :D Sun is shining today, a little chilly at 46 degrees with the promise of 60's. Water glassy calm at our wonderful FREE anchorage. Another day in Paradise.
8:49 Eastern time-Watching out the open Companion Way as the wind slightly blows on the top of the palms making them sparkle in the bright Florida morning sunshine. A gentle rocking from a sailboat that buzzed by behind us. Mmmmmm..... and a good cup of coffee with Curt on the other side planning our way to the Florida Keys. Does it get any more romantic than this?
The reality is, we need to go find a marina to fill up with water, gas, do laundry and Oh yes, have a warm shower, but right now we need to dingy to shore to find a bathroom, ice for the cooler, a walk to Target for my Handsome Devil wine and milk. Oh well, I'll go back to my dreamy world for a while longer.............
Moved to City of Fort Myers Yacht Basin, nice motor sail. Had a nice long warm shower, went to dinner at Bob and Martha's boat, so nice of them to feed us. Got gas, water, shower just need to do laundry and provision the boat.
